A spiritual awakening can be a fundamental and pivotal part of overall health and well-being, and it can help to be grounded in the elements that compose it. I’m going to share with you what to expect, what some spiritual awakening signs and symptoms are, and how to take care of yourself through it. This is a wonderful time! You’re becoming your truest self and capable of manifesting your greatest destiny. It can be a bit hard and scary and you may feel lost. That’s all part of the process. Let’s use this space to connect in safe ways to each other and our own experiences as we expand beyond the physical realm.
1) It’s okay to feel lost: this is actually a good sign. The paradigm is shifting and you’re having to rework all of your senses. A spiritual awakening requires space and time to come undone so you can be rebuilt in your truest form.
2) Seek connection with those who have already been through it and who know who they are and what their place in the world is. They’ll offer much needed comfort, safety and guidance.
3) Let it get messy. Above all else, trust the process that’s emerging and follow your path.

4) You may feel uncharacteristically sensitive and prone to tears. That’s good. Tears of joy is the release; it’s healing.
5) Enhanced creative energy. You may develop better and more secure ways of expressing yourself.
6) You may find yourself wanting to eat cleaner, connect to nature more, and eliminate toxins. This helps create more clarity and levity, which you’re going to crave and cultivate.
7) You may want and need less stuff, and find yourself wanting to get any other lingering aspects of your material world in order.
