How to do soul-care helps our souls feel nourished. The truest parts of ourselves require full expression for us to feel whole and well. Expressing our souls elicits an experience of liberation, zeal, and empowerment. We can be inhibited by insecurity or self-consciousness. Freeing ourselves from ego lets our innate sensuality come to life.

We can prioritize soul-care to fully embody our spiritual selves, and live aligned with the majesty of our divinity.  This always feels good.

Our souls are the inhabitants of our bodies; the journey we take as humans. Spirituality is our unwavering light, which is our highest source of love and truth. The more we care with tenderness to our souls, the more we allow for spiritual embodiment.

When we feel into our sensuality, our souls are happy and free.

We possess innately beautiful and powerful sensual energy that serves to ignite creation. Patriarchal systems, toxic cultures, and oppressive paradigms have stifled this connection to ourselves.

Slowing down enough to be with ourselves and our bodies bolsters healing and liberation.

Connecting consciously to ourselves in this way elevates the energy that comes from our sensuality and this helps us feel our most authentic.

What can help:

Get to know the body.

Slow down to tap into what it needs, how it moves, what it desires, and give it those things.

Allow it to flow and feel, and let it express itself in its fullness without shame, restriction, or patriarchal oppression of its fullness.

Move the body intuitively.

Trust that it knows what it needs, and allow its energy to refuel itself through movement, dance, self-touch, self-pleasure, and whatever other element of expression it beckons.

Treat yourself to a bubble bath, spend time in the mirror exploring your body.

Use oils.

Get romantic with yourself.

Feel into your natural rhythms.

Connect to pleasure through the senses.

Play music, use touch, delight in smells that deepen your sense of delicacy, create environments that are beautiful.   

The more you come home to that which sensually resides within, the more free your soul feels to express its truth, and the more energetically alive you become.
